Tiffany Schuback (Hooker) is an Indigenous leader whose work spans community, government, business and economic development, with more than two decades of experience working across complex systems and communities.
Her leadership brings together professional expertise, lived knowledge and operational experience — with a particular focus on who holds authority, how decisions are made and how economic opportunity translates into outcomes for Indigenous people and communities.
Tiffany works across the space between strategy and implementation, bringing a perspective shaped by experience at community, regional, national and international levels.
Global Leadership
In 2023, Tiffany was selected as one of just 300 leaders from across the Commonwealth to participate in the Commonwealth Study Conference in Canada, joining a distinguished international cohort drawn from business, government, industry and civil society.
Established by HRH The Duke of Edinburgh, the Commonwealth Study Conference has a more than 65-year legacy of bringing together leaders from across Commonwealth nations to challenge conventional thinking, broaden perspectives and examine leadership across industries, communities and cultures.
The experience connected Tiffany to a global network of leaders and strengthened an international dimension to a leadership career grounded in community and practical experience in Australia.
Tiffany remains actively engaged in the Commonwealth Study Conference network and is now contributing to CSCA 2027 in Australia, helping support the next generation of leaders undertaking the Commonwealth leadership experience.
